Our current shipping rates are:

| Orders up to $100 to Canada |

It usually takes about 10 days to two weeks for your custom bag to be made and shipped. When you place an order we email you with the shipping date. At busier times, especially in November and December, orders can take longer to ship.
We ship using USPS Priority Mail and you will receive email notification, with a tracking number, when your order is shipped.
If you are outside the US and Canada, we can provide a quote for shipping: email us at info@reddeliciousbags.com.
Returns
Items bought from this website can be returned within 10 days of you receiving them.
You will be issued a full refund provided the items have not been used and arrive back with us in pristine and resalable condition. Specially designed items cannot be returned.
You must contact us by email at info@reddeliciousbags.com before returning an item.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your returned item.
Refunds will be made with a check mailed to you.
